Finding the perfect Furniture in Spokane can be difficult at best.  At The Tin Roof, we believe that good design does not have to cost a fortune and superior home furnishings can be found in Spokane.  We provide in-home design consultations for our customers that result in unique,  collected, cohesive rooms.  Working with existing pieces or completely starting from scratch, the home furnishings experts at The Tin Roof can create the space and the home you've always dreamed of! 


Complimentary In-Home Consultations

We start in the store to identify the style and pieces of furniture that you like for the space you're working on.  For example, if you're working in a living room, we help you select frames, fabrics and finishes.  We then make an appointment to visit the home and determine if our in-store selections are the best choices.  We take measurements of the room, assess the color scheme, and coordinate with existing items.  We then invite you back to the store for an in-store review. 


It is during our in-store review that your dream home will start to become reality!  We pull together upholstery, accent furniture, rugs, pillows, lighting and accessories to achieve your desired design and decor scheme.  This service is complimentary with a suggested minimum purchase.  Please see the store for details.

Accessory House Calls

In addition to our in-home design consultations, we also offer an "accessory house call" that entails one of our home furnishings and design consultants visiting your home to assess your accessory needs.  They will look at the space, assess your furniture and your other accessories and then formulate a plan.  There is a brief in store presentation and work with you to identify which pieces to bring to the home.  Then the excitement starts - we bring a truck full of accessories to your home.  Once at your home, our team will accessorize your room (or rooms), then let you "shop" from your own home and decide which pieces to keep and which to send back.  The cost associated with this service is $300 for the first space and $100 each additional space.  The price includes the consultation, the delivery and the installation.

Design Time Blocks
Our experienced and qualified consultants can work with you to pick out more than just home furnishings and accessories.  Work with one of our consultants to help you select carpet, tile or paint.  If you need assistance with a major or minor remodel, let our professionals help you along in the process.  If you're working on developing a plan for your entire home - you can use this service for our consultants to develop an entire scheme and plan for your furnishings, accessories, rugs, decor and more.  If you're building or remodeling this is a great service to take advantage of.  This service is $100 per hour, with a minimum investment of a two hour block.
